Accessibility Statement

Commitment
Hana Brands is committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. Our efforts to maintain accessibility and usability are ongoing and are guided by recommendations set forth in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, among other recommendations, references, and resources.
Configuration
We evaluate accessibility using a combination of automated tools (such as Lighthouse and axe) and manual checks, including keyboard navigation and screen reader sampling. The website was built with Next.js and React. During development we used semantic HTML, descriptive page titles and headings, keyboard-accessible navigation and forms, and accessibility linting through ESLint (including jsx-a11y rules provided by the Next.js toolchain). Interactive components such as navigation menus and forms include appropriate labels and ARIA attributes where needed. Form fields surface validation errors in text and associate those messages with the relevant inputs. Where motion is used, some components respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting in the visitor's operating system or browser.
The website declares English as the primary document language for assistive technologies.
Limitations
While we strive to make our website as accessible as possible, some issues may be encountered by different assistive technology as the range of assistive technology is wide and varied. For instance, some photography and video content is decorative or supplementary and may not include extended text alternatives. Scroll-driven animation and smooth scrolling are used on several pages. Not all motion effects currently honor reduced-motion preferences. Background video loops on the homepage and in promotional sections may not include captions or transcripts.
Third-party destinations linked from this website (such as brand sites, careers portals, and social networks) are outside our control and may have different accessibility standards.
Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter a barrier on this website, or need content in an alternative format, please contact us through the Contact page and describe the page, the issue, and the assistive technology or browser you are using, if applicable.
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days and will work with you to provide the information or service you need.
